Each restaurant is rated on a scale of one to five. Below, I've explained what each of these ratings means.

5. Superb

Reserved for the best restaurants in the city. Make sure you eat at all of our 5-star recommended restaurants at least once.

4. Very Good

These are restaurants that I want to go back to again and again. You'll almost always find good food and good service.

3. Good

These are restaurants that I enjoyed dining at. I won't be screaming from the roof tops about them, but they're a good choice. They might not be quite perfect in one area or another, but reasonable overall.

2. Mediocre

These are restaurants that I thought were fine, but I wouldn't be in a hurry to go back to. It wasn't a disaster, but I just wasn't impressed by the food or I didn't feel the service was up to scratch. I wouldn't recommend these to my friends.

1. Poor

These are restaurants that, in my opinion, are not worth visiting. If I feel the food, service, or both, was so disappointing that I would avoid going back here, it will get this rating.
