This restaurant has closed down.
Located in the Victoria Gate shopping centre, opposite John Lewis, Cau is a play on the word “cow”.
Does Leeds need another steak restaurant? The people at Cau clearly think so. I’m less convinced. Sure, it’s a well-cooked steak and nice chips. But it’s pricey and doesn’t feel like anything special.
