Handmade Burger Co

Located on the top floor of the Trinity shopping centre, Handmade Burger Co offers not only a great range of burgers, but appropriate punctuation on their signage too. This is always going to win top marks.

Once we've been given somewhere to sit, we place our order at the counter and are given a table number. Their range is extensive and categorised by animal. For the vegetarians, there are no less than seven different meat-free burgers. We opt for a bacon and blue cheese burger, and a "Jimmy's Farm" classic. They come as-is, without the waiter asking how you would like them cooked.

Both burgers are delicious - my Jimmy's Farm burger has plenty of flavour and texture. We were a little worried that the mayo would detract from the flavour. However, it is used sparingly, which adds to the flavour without forming a distinctive mayo taste. One minor criticism is that the bottom of the burger falls apart a little too easily, but this is certainly not a major concern. The milkshakes are also delicious.

Handmade Burger Co is an excellent place to grab a burger thanks to their extensive choice, great service and flavoursome food.
