Nando's

You really cannot go wrong with Nando’s. Unfortunately, many other people have worked this out too, resulting in long queues into the street on weekends. They also do phone in orders for collection. It was an expensive mistake finding that out.

Nando’s is all about chicken. You pick what you want (on the bone, burgers, pittas, wings) and then specify how spicy you want it from a variety of mild flavourings to extra hot, if you think you are up for the challenge. I go for the double pitta which comes stuffed with two chicken breasts and salad.

It is not that expensive and food arrives consistently quickly. Their bottomless sodas are a mixed bag as it is difficult to drink enough to get the value out of it. They also have a suprisingly wide range of vegetarian dishes. Impressive given it is a restaurant all about chicken!
